MAPLEWOOD/SOUTH ORANGE — The Columbia High School football team improved to 2-0 with a 29-24 victory over Livingston on Sept. 10 at Underhill Field.
Stephen Henry ran for 221 yards and a touchdown on 21 carries and Tarik Huff completed 17 of 24 passes for 197 yards and three touchdowns to lead the CHS Cougars. Henry also had six tackles and an interception on defense. Zhamir Rowan had eight catches for 120 yards and two scores for Columbia.
The Cougars will host East Orange Campus on Sept. 17 at 7 p.m. in a battle of 2-0 teams.
