SOUTH ORANGE/MAPLEWOOD – South Orange/ Maplewood’s 9U Cougars baseball team won the New Providence Green League championship on Friday night, July 27.

The Cougars clinched the title with a thrilling 12-11 victory over Florham Park in the championship game. The championship capped a great season for the 9-year-olds who went 11-1-1.
