WEST ORANGE, NJ — West Orange High School senior Rahim Samuel finished in 14th place in the boys long jump at the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association’s Meet of Champions on Saturday, June 18, at Franklin High School in Somerset.
Samuels leaped 20 feet, 6 ½ inches.
