Local NAACP to host marijuana legalization forum at Bloomfield College
State Sen. Ron Rice says he opposes legalizing marijuana because he believes legalization would not benefit his constituents in the municipalities he represents, mostly minority areas such as Irvington, East Orange, Orange and Newark.
