SUMMIT, NJ — SAGE Eldercare will host a panel discussion on Wednesday, Sept. 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. about the different living options available to older adults and their families. The discussion will cover assisted-living facilities, independent living, adult day programs, home care and more.
The guest panel includes Michele Cameron, a registered nurse with Atlantic Home Care, and professionals from Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center and Brightview Senior Living. SAGE speakers include professionals from Home Care, Spend-A-Day Adult Day Health Program and Care Planning Support.
