Apply for affordable housing in Maplewood

MAPLEWOOD, NJ — The recently completed Avalon Maplewood redevelopment project at the corner of Springfield and Boyden avenues has six affordable rental units set aside. Units are expected to be ready for occupancy in late summer 2017. No additional information, including sizes, rents or schedule, is available at this time.

There is an existing waiting list and you may submit a Preliminary Application to be added to the waiting list. Make sure you visit your personal profile page and join the Maplewood rental waiting list. If you are already on the waiting list for affordable rental units in Maplewood, you do not need to reapply. Request your profile link to see if you are on the waiting list already.
