SOUTH ORANGE, NJ — The South Orange Seniors advocacy group invites South Orange senior residents to its fourth annual gala on Sunday, March 18, from 1 to 3 p.m., in the Chancellor’s Suite at Seton Hall University, 400 South Orange Ave. in South Orange.
A special jitney bus will be provided at the South Orange Library, departing at 12:45 p.m., to take attendees directly to the gala and back to the library afterward.
S.O.S. is describing the event as its “Gala-Vant,” meaning that if you’ve been gallivanting around town looking for something uniquely pleasurable to do, your search will surely be rewarded at the Gala-Vant this year, free event for South Orange seniors.
Aside from a meal, you’ll be treated to several dance performances and a talk by renowned flamenco dancer Xianix Barrera.
