WEST ORANGE, NJ — On Tuesday, June 12, Daughters of Israel launched a gourmet cooking demo series featuring local chefs. The program debuted with Reuben Rahmani, proprietor of Reuben’s Glatt Stop in West Orange, who prepared his mouth-watering chicken marsala, one of his signature dishes.
