WEST ORANGE, NJ — West Orange will host a senior citizen Halloween party on Friday, Oct. 28, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Katz Community Center, 650 Pleasant Valley Way. Tickets will be sold through Oct. 22 at Town Hall, Room 207, from 9 a.m. to noon. Admission is charged. Call 973-325-4134 for transportation.
