Nutley Scout, who overcame difficulties, earns Eagle Badge
Troop 147 Scout Kirill Pavlov received his Eagle Scout Award at a recent Court of Honor as his parents, Tim and Olga Pendleton, and Scoutmaster Al Welenofsky helped celebrate his accomplishment, an honor currently achieved by only 6 percent of Scouts.
