Ed Brasseur, thoughtful speaker at council meetings, dies
Ed Brasseurm, a retired senior bank examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, was a frequent and respected speaker at Bloomfield Council meetings. He died June 15 at his home on Lindbergh Boulevard.
