Street is renamed in honor of fallen police detective
Photos Courtesy of Belleville Township Newark Police Detective Michael Morgan Jr., a native son of Belleville, is remembered as the township renames a street in his honor on the 10th anniversary of his shooting death. Friends, family members and members of law enforcement from several surrounding towns joined together at the street corner to honor Morgan, including Morgan’s mother, Phyllis Morgan.
