Bishop returns to Orange to deliver eulogy for Bill Lewis
Photo by Chris Sykes Bishop Reginald Jackson, the former pastor of St. Matthew African Methodist Episcopal Church on Oakwood Avenue in Orange, returned Saturday, Feb. 25, to officiate at the funeral of former Orange City Council President William Lewis, who died Saturday, Feb. 18, at Beth Israel Hospital in Newark.
