BLOOMFIELD, NJ — The Bloomfield High School wrestling team hosted a quad meet on Jan. 4, sweeping all three opponents in Clifton, Montclair and Secaucus to improve to 3-0 on the season. The Bengals won by criteria over Clifton after the score was tied at 39.
The Bengals began the season at the Kearny tournament on Dec. 21, followed by the Patriot Invitational held at Secaucus on Dec. 27. Juan Millan, at the 113-pound weight class, and Dillon Jennings, at 195, were crowned champions at the Patriot Invitational.
