WEST ORANGE, NJ – For the second year in a row, West Orange High School sophomore Nneka Arinzeh finished runner-up in the Essex County singles tournament in girls’ tennis on Sunday, Sept. 23, at the Althea Gibson Tennis Center in Newark. Arinzeh fell to Millburn’s Paulina Feoli in the final.
