Local painter creates testament to those who have died

ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — South Orange resident John DiLorenzo created this painting to honor those who have succumbed to the coronavirus. He is an art teacher for NYC Schools, having taught at Beacon School in Manhattan for 16 years. The painting, oil on canvas, 48-inches-by-65-inches, is titled “Moment of Silence.”
