WEST ORANGE, NJ — The Downtown West Orange Alliance welcomes Dr. Ramez Samuel of SM Medical to Main Street in a recent ribbon-cutting ceremony. Friends and associates were in attendance at the formal grand opening, which was celebrated with music, food and laughter.
