EAST ORANGE, NJ – The East Orange Campus High School and Orange High School girls’ varsity volleyball teams battled in a match on Sept. 11 at EOCHS.
East Orange Campus defeated Orange by scores of 25-22, 25-6.
Eric Ansah is the head coach for EOCHS. The head coach for Orange is Chris Cosmillo.
Orange has been moved up to the Super Essex Conference-Liberty Division. “This is the first time in the team’s history that we have been ranked so highly; as a result, our schedule reflects that, as we play top-ranked teams within Essex County the entire season,” Cosmillo said. “Last year we graduated all but two varsity players so this year’s team is fairly young and excited for the high level competition.”
OHS will host EOCHS on Oct. 2 in the teams’ second meeting.
