Randy Rojas had a triple, homer, five RBI and two runs, and also was the winning pitcher, striking out four and allowing one hit and two runs in three innings, to lead the East Orange Campus High School varsity baseball team to a 10-6 win at Newark Tech on April 6.
The Jaguars then lost to Newark Tech, 9-3, at home April 8, and lost to Golda Och Academy, 10-2, in West Orange on April 11.
Unity Cup Baseball Game is April 18 in Orange
The OHS baseball team will host East Orange Campus High School in the annual Unity Cup Baseball Game on Monday, April 18, at 4 p.m. at Monte Irvin Field at Central Playground. Prior to the game, the Tornadoes will visit Shabazz on April 15.
