GLEN RIDGE, NJ – The Glen Ridge High School varsity field hockey team, seeded No. 2, will host third-seeded Montclair in the semifinals of the Essex County Tournament this Saturday, Oct. 14, at 10 a.m. at George Washington field.
The other semifinal pits fifth-seeded Montclair Kimberley Academy at top-seeded West Essex on Saturday at 11:30 .m.
The championship game is scheduled to be played at West Essex High School on Saturday, Oct. 21, at 2:30 p.m. at West Essex Regional HS in North Caldwell.
The Ridgers had a 7-2-3 record through Oct. 9.
The Ridgers and Montclair played to a 0-0 tie on Sept. 13 in Montclair.
