Meghan Marhan scored 14 points with 3 steals and 2 assists to lead the Glen Ridge High School girls’ varsity basketball team to a 44-35 win over Science in the season opener on Friday, Dec. 16, in Newark.
Gabby Kinzler had 8 points, 3 steals, and 3 blocks; Leslie Jaiyesimi had 7 points and 5 rebounds; and Jenny Lisovicz had 6 points for the Ridgers.
Galen Lew had 4 points and 6 assists; Juliann Lisovicz had 5 points, 6 steals, 4 rebounds and 3 assists and Claire McMahon had 4 rebounds for GRHS.
