MAPLEWOOD — Memorial Park was packed on Saturday night for the township’s annual fireworks display. Several municipalities cancelled their displays because of bad weather but the thunder, lightning and rain held off and the display went off more or less on time. Many people arrived ahead of time with picnic supplies and listened to music provided by DJ Jimmy.
