Cirilo passes gavel to Krakoviak — literally

WEST ORANGE, NJ — At the Jan. 3 West Orange Township Council meeting, outgoing President Victor Cirilo passed the gavel to new President Joe Krakoviak.

Additionally, Michelle Casalino, Jerry Guarino and Krakoviak were sworn in to continue their work on the council.
