BLOOMFIELD — The Bloomfield High School football team will officially start practice for the upcoming season on Monday, Aug. 10
Mike Carter enters his 36th season as the Bengals coach, as the Bengals get ready for their season opener on Friday, Aug. 28, at Newark Central at 7 p.m. at Schools Stadium in Newark.
The Bengals are coming off a 5-5 campaign.
Bloomfield will have two preseason scrimmages at Foley Field versus Passaic on Monday, Aug. 17, and versus Paterson Eastside on Thursday, Aug. 20, both starting at 9 a.m.
