WEST ORANGE, NJ – The West Orange High School girls’ varsity basketball team defeated East Orange Campus, 41-30, Friday, Dec. 14 at East Orange in the season opener.
Freshman guard Kiley Capstraw had 11 points and 19 rebounds and senior guard Mya Bembry had seven points, 15 rebounds, seven assists, five steals and four blocks to lead the Mountaineers.
Senior guard Biana Fede had 11 points, eight steals and three rebounds; sophomore guard Kaya Schultz had three points and six steals; and sophomore Mackenzie Dover posted six points, five rebounds and three steals.
