WEST ORANGE, NJ — On Jan. 10, West Orange Police Officer Bret Wagner of the Community Services Unit was honored as one of the ADAPT Coalition members of the year for 2017. The Alcohol & Drug Abuse Prevention Team works to reduce underage drinking drug abuse in Essex County.
