BLOOMFIELD, NJ — On Aug. 4, the recruits at Bloomfield’s Junior Police Academy were visited by representatives of the Essex County Sheriff’s Office’s K-9 Unit. Detectives Mike Tesei and Albert Hanna, along with their canine partners, Zena and Marko, respectively, demonstrated their training for the youths.
