WEST ORANGE, NJ — The Circle of Rainbow Sisters Seeking Spiritual and Wellness Connection presented $24,052 in scholarships and awards to three age groups during its third annual Financial Literacy and Awards Ceremony on July 19 at West Orange Town Hall. Students across the state were recognized for successfully completing courses and projects in the pilot program. Presenters and speakers included West Orange Council President Jerry Guarino; West Orange Superintendent of Schools J. Scott Cascone; East Orange Campus High School Principal Ronnie Estrict; South Orange-Maplewood Board of Education member Stephanie Lawson-Muhammad; and Justin Brown, aide to East Orange Mayor Ted Green.
