WEST ORANGE, NJ — Rosemane Charles, a certified nursing assistant at Daughters of Israel, recently received the LeadingAge NJ “Excellence in Care” Award. Charles was presented with the award at a Dec. 4 ceremony at the Boathouse at Mercer Lake.
