WEST ORANGE, NJ — West Orange’s 40th annual Old Timer’s Day will be Saturday, Sept. 10, at noon at Colgate Park, at Franklin Avenue and Cherry Street.
The schedule is as follows: batting practice at noon; greetings and introduction at 1 p.m.; the presentation of awards at 1:15 p.m.; an exhibition baseball game at 2 p.m.; and a reunion at 3 p.m. in Connor Hall at Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 1 Eagle Rock Ave.
The 2016 honorees will be Kevin Healy, Richard Aquino, Joe Fagan, Paul Bury, Mary Laing, Greg Brennan, Fred Voelbel Jr., Kay Voelbel, Bobby Bontempo, Johnny Porcelli and Donny Shauger.
