WEST ORANGE, NJ — The West Orange African Heritage Organization will present a Valentine’s Day scholarship and program fundraiser Friday, Feb. 11, from 8 p.m. to midnight at the VFW in Roseland, 52 Eisenhower Parkway. This BYOBB affair will include a DJ, prizes, good food and a good time. Admission is charged.
