Glen Ridge HS cross-country runner enjoy fine strides in Week 3 of SEC dual meets

LEN RIDGE, NJ — The Glen Ridge High School cross-country runners gave good efforts during week 3 of the Super Essex Conference dual meets on Tuesday, Sept. 30, at Cedar Grove Park.

The boys competed in the Liberty Division and ran against Caldwell and East Orange Campus.

The girls competed in the Colonial Division.
