IRVINGTON, NJ — Former longtime Irvington High School track and field and cross-country head coach Marvin Hawkins guided the Hunter College (N.Y.) men’s and women’s cross-country teams to repeat CUNYAC championships on a soggy Sunday, Oct. 29, at Van Cortlandt Park.
The men won their third straight title, while the girls won their ninth consecutive championship.
