MILLBURN, NJ — Paper Mill Playhouse has announced added performances of “Brookside Cabaret” after the successful launch of the cabaret on Saturdays at Paper Mill Playhouse’s Carriage House Restaurant at the F.M. Kirby Carriage House.
“The excitement and demand from the community to come back to see live performance has been incredible and not just from the audiences but also from the artists,” Producing Artistic Director Mark Hoebee said.
“We are thrilled to have people back on campus. We are so pleased to have created a safe and thoroughly enjoyable experience with excellent cuisine provided by executive chef Holly Guber and a roster of terrific Paper Mill favorite performers,” Managing Director Mike Stotts said.
“Brookside Cabaret” will be performed Thursday and Saturday nights at 7 p.m. Susan Speidel and Joe Regan will perform Saturdays, Aug. 8 and 22, and Sept. 5; Matt Castle will perform Thursday, Aug. 13; the Louis Danowsky Trio will perform Broadway Blues on Saturday, Aug. 15; Elizabeth Ward Land with Matt Castle will present “A Linda Ronstadt Tribute” on Thursdays, Aug. 20 and Sept. 3; Kelli Rabke with John Fischer on piano and Sean Harkness on guitar will perform Thursday, Aug. 27, and Saturday, Aug. 29; Nicole Vanessa Ortiz will perform Thursday, Sept. 10, and Saturday, Sept. 12; Kyle Taylor Parker will present “An Evening of Broadway Soul” on Thursday, Sept. 17; Dwayne Clark will perform Thursday, Sept. 24; and Rema Webb will present “A Tribute to Judy Garland and Ella Fitzgerald” on Saturday, Sept. 26.
In case of rain, Thursday-night performances will be rescheduled to Friday night, and Saturday-night performances will be rescheduled to Sunday night. Patrons should plan accordingly. For more information, visit papermill.org/restaurant.
