The Bloomfield Chorale performs at its spring concert.
BLOOMFIELD, NJ — The Bloomfield Chorale invites interested singers to join. The members are seeking all voices — soprano, alto, tenor and bass. Drop in at any rehearsal during the month of September to meet and learn about the group. Weekly rehearsals are held on Tuesdays, starting Sept. 12, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. on the second floor of the Bloomfield Civic Center, 84 Broad St. in Bloomfield.
The chorale’s group of volunteer singers of all ages from Bloomfield and surrounding towns performs a wide variety of music including international folk music, Americana, classical, pop standards, holiday music, sacred music, show tunes and opera. The chorale holds concerts in June and December as well as performs at other venues and community events.
