WEST ORANGE, NJ — West Orange will host a Jamaican flag raising on the steps of Town Hall, 66 Main St. in West Orange, today, Aug. 22, at 5 p.m. The event will feature food, dignitaries, dancing and a celebration of Jamaican culture.
