There was trick or treating in the Central Playground in Orange on Halloween. Firefighters, police officers and representatives of the city’s Departments of Recreation and Community Service were joined by members of the Orange Bengals Football organization in handing out treats to kids. There was also music and pumpkins lending a festive atmosphere on a very windy afternoon.
