WEST ORANGE, NJ — The JCC MetroWest will hold Rock the Block, a street fair-style party, on Sunday, Aug. 5, from 3:30 to 6 p.m. at 760 Northfield Ave. in West Orange. This free event, which will be held rain or shine, is targeted toward all ages.
The day will include live music, inflatables, face painting, a fitness challenge, kosher food trucks like JJ’s Holy Cow and Kona Ice of East Essex, arts and crafts, and much more. From 3:30 to 4:15 p.m., the JCC will offer a quieter experience for those who feel overwhelmed by excessive stimuli.
