WO Chamber announces 2018 awards dinner

WEST ORANGE, NJ — The West Orange Chamber of Commerce will hold its most prestigious event of the year, the annual awards dinner, on Wednesday, May 9, at Wilshire Grand Hotel, 350 Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange. The event begins at 6 p.m. and will honor outstanding community servants and business leaders.

This year’s honorees include Wilshire Grand Hotel as the Business of the Year; Gerard Franck as the Educator of the Year; Officer Jeffrey James and Detective Sebastian deLeon as Police Officers of the Year; and Capt. George Hesse, Firefighter Patrick McGovern, Firefighter Craig Vanderhoof, acting Capt. Matthew Keenan and Firefighter Nicholas Manzella as Firefighters of the Year.
