BELLEVILLE 0 Alcides DosReis had five kills and four digs and Michael Feneque had 12 assists and three digs to lead the Belleville High School boys’ varsity volleyball team to a 25-17, 25-15 win over Barringer on April 5 in Newark.
The win was the Bucs’ first of the season as they moved to a 1-1 record.
Christoffer Marquez had six kills; Fidel Barraza had three kills and seven service points with four aces; and Gabriel Diaz had nine service points.
BHS lost to North 13th Street Tech, 25-17, 25-17, April 1 in the season opener.
