WEST ORANGE, NJ — The Seton Hall Prep basketball team will visit Central on Thursday, Dec. 14, in Newark to tip off the season.
The Pirates are looking to achieve another stellar season. They won the Essex County Tournament title for the second year in a row last season, before finishing with a 21-5 overall record. Seton Hall Prep has won 19 ECT titles and appeared in 30 ECT finals, both tournament records.

- Dec. 16: vs. East Orange Campus, 1 p.m.
- Dec. 19: at Passaic, 4:30 p.m.
- Dec. 21: at Arts (Newark), 4 p.m.
- Dec. 27: Jingle Bells Jubilee, vs. Dwight-Englewood, at Paterson Charter School, noon
- Dec. 28-29: Jingle Bells Jubilee, opponents to be determined.
- Jan. 4: vs. West Side (Newark), 7 p.m.
- Jan. 6: 20th Scholarship for Inner City Children Hoopfest, vs. Hudson Catholic, at Roselle Catholic, 2 p.m.
- Jan. 9: vs. Immaculate Conception (Montclair), 7 p.m.
- Jan. 11: at East Side (Newark), 4 p.m.
- Jan. 13: Dennis Gregory Memorial Classic/Team Hill Foundation, vs. Bergen Catholic, at Caldwell University, 4 p.m.
- Jan. 16: vs. Central (Newark), 7 p.m.
- Jan. 18: at East Orange Campus, 7 p.m.
