ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — This spring, go the distance for The Arc of Essex County by running or walking in the 23rd annual Building Tomorrows event. Due to the ongoing pandemic, the 2021 event will once again be virtual and features a 5K, 10K, half marathon and a 1-mile fundraising walk, as well as a new look for 2021 swag. Register now and begin fundraising to make a difference in the lives of children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
All participants can submit their time and photos during a two-week window that opens on Saturday, April 24. Prizes will be awarded in four photo contest categories: best virtual team photo, most creative cheer sign, best Essex County landmark selfie and most scenic route.
