WEST ORANGE, NJ — Essex County Executive Joseph DiVincenzo Jr., fourth from left, congratulates the recipients of this year’s Employer Recognition Award, which highlights Essex County businesses that go above and beyond to hire employees with disabilities. The award is jointly sponsored by the Essex County and City of Newark Workforce Development Boards’ Disability Issues Committee and was presented Monday, Oct. 29, at the Mayfair Farms in West Orange.
