GLEN RIDGE, NJ – The Glen Ridge 10U Travel Softball Team won the Cedar Grove League Championship on Monday, June 11, in a 5-0 win over the Packanack Pirates. The Rhinos had a 15-2-1 record this season, and also made it to the semifinals at the Midland Park Softball Tournament on Sunday, June 10, but ended up taking home second place in that event. Katelyn Mikros, 11, pitched all six innings in Monday’s game, giving up one hit and four walks, while striking out 17.
