The three-time defending champion Seton Hall Prep lacrosse team is the No. 1 seed in the Essex County Tournament.
Caldwell is the No. 2 seed. West Essex is the No. 3 seed and Montclair Kimberley Academy is the No. 4 seed in the 14-team field.
The first round begins on or by April 30 at the higher seeded sites.
The quarterfinals are May 3 and the semifinals are May 5, both at the higher-seeded sites. The final is Saturday, May 7, at Nutley High School at 4:30 p.m.
