WEST ORANGE – The Mountain Top League Basketball Thanksgiving Weekend Clinic will be held Sunday, Nov. 29, at Roosevelt Middle School.
Session 1: Grades 3-5, 10:30 a.m. to noon (check-in 10 a.m.).
Session 2: Grades 6-8, 12:30 to 2 p.m. (check-in noon).
Enrollment is limited. There is a maximum of 50 participants per session. The cost is $20.
Every participant must bring their own basketball.
Skills covered include warm-up, flexibility, ball-handling, dribbling exercises, passing exercises, shooting drills (layups, shooting form, free throws), and defense.
The Elks Hoop Shoot check-in will start immediately following the clinic. Every eligible player is encouraged to stick around and compete within their age group.
