GLEN RIDGE – Hannah O’Halloran won both the 100-yard freestyle and the 100-yard backstroke to lead the Glen Ridge High School girls’ swim team at the Super Essex Conference/Essex County Championship meet on Jan. 18 at the Raritan Bay Area YMCA.
O’Halloran clocked 53.40 in the 100 freestyle and 57.83 in the 100 backstroke.
Also for GRHS, Emily O’Halloran took third in the 200 individual medley in 2:11.71 and fourth in the 500 freestyle in 5:18.47; Chloe Deubner took fifth in both the 50 freestyle in 26.16 and the 100 backstroke in 1:03.34; the 200 medley relay team took fourth in 1:56.64 and the 200 freestyle relay took second in 1:43.37.
