ORANGE, NJ — It was announced on Thursday, Nov. 3, that the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide/Major Crimes Task Force and the Orange Police Department are in the preliminary stages of investigating the fatal shooting of two people.
On the afternoon of Thursday, Nov. 3, an adult male, believed to be in his 20s, and a male toddler were fatally shot in the 300 block of Cleveland Street in Orange.
The investigation is active and ongoing. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
